For most kids, summer vacation is a long-awaited break when they can finally kick back, sleep in and watch endless of amounts of television. However, the “dream” summer vacation can turn boring after the first week.

To help thwart summer boredom, parents can choose from an array of local summer camps and activities to keep children engaged and active. Whether your child is interested in theatre or music, sports or science, each activity has a broader impact on development and learning abilities.

Use the resources and our tips section for ideas to provide fun, healthy, and positive activities for your children and teens this summer while creating life-long family memories.

Central Florida Community Arts (CFCA) Summer Camps 2017

Each summer, CFCArts offers a variety of exciting summer camps to children and teens! From arts camps for our preschool children to musical theatre intensives for our teens, these camps are designed to meet the students where they are. A fun, encouraging environment allows youth to explore the performing arts, work with talented, professional directors and choreographers, make new friends, and grow as a performer.
