Healthy School Team Leader

Jon Siegel

Jon Siegel has been a teacher at Lakemont Elementary for 26 years, and spent the last 18 as the Physical Education teacher.

He tries to serve as a healthy—and motivating—example for students and co-workers by working out every single morning. His daily workouts rotate between swimming laps, bike riding, running, and lifting weights. Mr. Siegel has been the Lakemont HST leader since the program began, and he looks forward to many more years of great teamwork.

AllisonAllison Daigle, LMFT

Allison Daigle obtained her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from the University of Central Florida and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient, community agencies, and hospitals. Allison incorporates modalities such as play therapy, art therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EDMR), as well as other techniques into her work. She believes in a systemic approach and enjoys getting parents and family involved in the counseling process.
